During busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

If any Product (item) is out of stock, we will refund you the amount paid for that respective Product.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Free tracked 48h UK delivery for orders over £130, unless otherwise stated.

Tracked delivery (2 working days): £4.5 for orders under £130.

European Union and Ireland

Tracked delivery (allow up to 2 weeks): £15.00.

Please note that the delivery time to EU and Ireland is an estimation.

Please note we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders from outside the UK, and these will be your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, at info@blauwvanc.com mentioning your Order number in the subject line, so we can guide you through the return process.

 In your communication to us please mention the Order Number and the product (item) you wish to return or exchange.

If an exchange is required please let us know which you want to as your exchange.

Products (items) must be returned to us no later than 14 days from date of delivery.

Product(s) should be returned with all their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received them; securely wrapped using the original packaging. Please ensure you include a note of your name, address, order number, product you wish to return inside the parcel.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer 

The refund will be made to the card used for your purchase, will exclude shipping costs and can take up to 5 working days to be cleared in your account.

Please note that earrings are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that only products (items) that have been bought through blauwvanc.com can be returned or exchanged.

As we are a small company, customers have to cover the cost of the return and ensure that the product (item) is back with us in due time. We recommend that the products (items) are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

When sending your return from outside the UK, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs. We cannot be held responsible for any mislabelled returns.

We will refund any money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Exchanges - if the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the original value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the Order.

Order cancellation - If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at info@blauwvanc.com as soon as possible. Regrettably, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and must be returned.
