Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Sale govern our relationship with you in relation to this Site and your purchase of our Products on this Site.
1.2 By visiting our site and/or purchasing something on this Site ("Order"), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1.3 These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1.4 You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
1.5 We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.6 No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Product(s). If you are under 18, please confer with an adult to make your purchase.
1.7 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1.8 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
1.9 You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2.1 We operate the website www.blauwvanc.com. We are PPAVILION44 Limited (trading as Blauw van C) a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15517794, with our registered office at 1 Royal Terrace, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1EA.

2.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address provided to us in your order.
2.4 Throughout the site and in our communication to you, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blauw van C. We offer this Site, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies stated here.
3. Our contract with you
3.1 These terms and conditions apply: so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to Our Site; and in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Products.
We will accept your order by way of email confirmation. That is when our contract is made.
3.2 If we are unable to fulfil your Order, you will receive an email from us informing you that the Order has not been accepted and we will refund the payment for your Order to you.
3.3 Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
4. Making a Change to the Contract
4.1 If you wish to make a change to the Product(s) you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible.
5. Your account with us
5.1 You agree that you have provided and will continue to provide accurate and complete information about delivery address, payment method required information. We require this information to provide you with the Product(s) that you order.
5.2 If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing any unauthorised person from using your account.
5.3 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authority, you should immediately inform us and log in to your account and change your password.
5.4 You agree that any username or email address selected by you, does not interfere with the rights of any third party and has not been selected for any unlawful purpose and that if we believe such selection does interfere with the rights of any third party or is being selected for any unlawful purpose, we may suspend the use of such name or email address, and you will indemnify us for any claim or demand that arises out of your selection.

6. Our Products
6.1 We do our best to ensure the images of the Product(s) give you a good indication of what they look like. However, please note that images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display Products accurately, it is not always possible to accurately reflect colour, size, dimensions and texture through digital displays on web browsers. Your Products therefore may vary slightly from the images displayed on our Website.
7. Prices
7.1 When you submit your Order, you are offering to buy the Product(s) at the price set out in the Order.
7.2 The Price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges will be advised during the checkout process, before you place your order.
7.3 Where you are ordering for delivery to anywhere other than the U.K., prices are NOT inclusive of any applicable import duties or taxes.
Please note we do not cover the additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
8. Payment
8.1 We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to review the amount, before completing the transaction and being returned to Our Website.
8.2 You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
8.3 We do not hold any of your payment details anywhere on the Site. They are passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank or payment provider.
8.4 Please note charges relating to payment in a currency other than Great British Pounds will be absorbed by you.
8.5 If any Product is out of stock, we will refund you the amount paid for that respective Product.
9. Delivery
9.1 We aim to dispatch the Product(s) within 1-2 working days, however during busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We ship all orders with tracked delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
9.2 We are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders from outside the UK, and these will be your responsibility.
9.3 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
10. Exchanges and Returns
10.1 We hope that you will love your ordered Product(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.
10.2 Please email us at info@blauwvanc.com mentioning your Order number in the subject line, so we can guide you through the return process.
10.3 We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
10.4 Items must be returned to us no later than 14 days from date of delivery. Product(s) should be returned with all their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received them; securely wrapped using the original packaging. Please ensure you include a note of your name, address, order number, product you wish to return inside the parcel.
10.5 You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
10.6 As we are a small company, customers have to cover the cost of the return and ensure that the product (item) is back with us in due time. We recommend that the products (items) are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
10.7 When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs. We cannot be held responsible for any mislabelled returns.
10.8 If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at blauwvanc@gmail.com as soon as possible. Regrettably, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and must be returned.
10.9 We will refund any money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
10.10 The refund will be made to the card used for your purchase, will exclude shipping costs and can take up to 5 working days to be cleared in your account.
10.11 Please note that only products (items) that have been bought through www.blauwvanc.com can be returned or exchanged.
10.12 Please note that earrings are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons.
10.13 For exchanges, if the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the original value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the Order.
11. Liability
11.1 We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. If you use the Product(s) for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
11.3 You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
11.4 The use of, or inability to use the service, is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability.
11.5 In no case shall PPAVILION44 Ltd, our owner, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

18. Promotion and Offer Codes
18.1 We currently offer 10% off your first order when signing up to our newsletter. This discount code is applicable for first time purchases only. A unique welcome code will be sent directly to your email address after signing up.
18.2 Only one code can be used per Order.
18.3 Codes cannot be combined with any other discounts.
18.4 Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
18.5 Orders must be made prior to 23:59 GMT on the closing or expiry date of the Code (if one is specified).
18.6 All offers and promotions are dependent on stock availability.
18.7 Offer codes and promotions may be amended or removed at any time.
18.8 From time to time we may offer a free gift with purchase. If you wish to return an order placed during a gift with purchase promotion, all items received must be returned.
19. Jewellery Sets Discounts
19.1 Bundles are a way for shoppers to save 10% off their order when they buy two or more crystal necklaces or a chain with a separate charm.
19.2 This discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. If a shopper would rather use a different discount code, they can enter their new code.
20. Promotions
20.1 Please note that certain Products will be excluded from discount codes.
20.2 Only one promotion code can be used at a time.
20.3 We do not accept returns on final sale items marked with “FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS”.
