Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

FREE tracked delivery - when you spend £130 or more.

Your Blauw van C order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched from the UK within 1-2 working days. During busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail 1st class, tracked to ensure they will arrive quickly and safely. We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched.

If any Product (item)is out of stock, we will refund you the amount paid for that respective Product.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Free tracked 48h UK delivery for orders over £130, unless otherwise stated.

Tracked delivery (2 working days): £4.5 for orders under £130.

 

European Union and Ireland

Free tracked delivery for orders over £130, unless otherwise stated.

Tracked delivery (allow up to 2 weeks): £15.00.

Please note that the delivery time to EU and Ireland is an estimation.

Please note we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders from outside the UK, and these will be your responsibility.

We do our best to ensure you receive the orders as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Third parties, adverse weather, events outside our control, delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
